This class is for couples who have had a baby perviously and has taken a comprehensive childbirth class OR had a natural birth. This is NOT a condensed course, it is refresh what you have already learned in the past. If you have not taken an in depth childbirth class I recommend the 10 week comprehensive Birth Boot Camp Class.
